Our Delivery Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

All our orders ship from Newcastle Upon Tyne, we aim to ship within 2-3 working days from placing the order (excluding weekends and any pre-orders)

You will receive a confirmation email with an overview of your order. If you need to change the address on your order, please email info@andflowmats.com asap after placing the order.

Once the order has been shipped, we are not able to amend or change your order . Please double check the order and the shipping address before submitting your order.

After we ship your order, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check the status.

UK and Ireland Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer £6.50 flat rate shipping within the UK. We aim for your order to arrive within 3-5 working days.

For deliveries to Ireland, we have a flat-rate shipping fee of £10.50. Additionally, there's a 23% VAT, covering any extra customs or tax charges for your order's arrival in Ireland. We strive to deliver your order within 3-5 working days.

EU & Rest of the world Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer a £17 flat rate shipping to all countries within EU please note that you might be charged customs and VAT by the shipping company. If your country is not included during checkout, please email info@andflowmats.com , accordingly we will check the shipping cost and inform you of the shipping rate to your country. We aim for your order to arrive within 7 working days.
