OUR Return & Refund policy

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We offer a refund or exchange for 30 days from the day of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after 30 days from the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in it’s original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and credited to the original payment method, within 6 working days.

If your refund have been processed by us but you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again or contact your credit card provider or you bank , it may take a few days before your refund is posted to your account.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you have received a defective or damaged item we are happy to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@andflowmats.com and we will arrange the exchange.

Shipping

To return your product, send us an email at info@andflowmats.com

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for your return/exchange. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product, may vary.

If you are returning an item over £50, please consider using a trackable shipping method or a purchasing shipping insurance.
